Knowledge: Throughout the preparation for the video project, our group has gained valuable insights regarding challenges small businesses like Ayam Gepuk Royale face in the context of recruitment and selection. To reflect, we have ultimately learned how to develop practical, basic, but simple solutions towards resolving organizational problems using creativity.

Behaviour: It is notable that our group has developed the ability to think critically and analytically about inefficiencies at the workplace. By collaborating and communicating effectively, our group has succeeded in creating the video project with the help of various
digital tools such as Capcut and artificial intelligence (A.I.) like ChatGPT and Gemini.

Attitude: To sum up, we have also developed a sense of empathy towards small businesses like Ayam Gepuk Royale over their efforts in managing recruitment and selection challenges. Throughout the preparation phase of the video project, we have developed and gained a proactive mindset in addressing and resolving workplace issues in recruitment context.
