BUSINESS CASE ANALYSIS (STUDENTS APPLIED COMPONENTS IN BUSINESS PLAN TO DEVELOP AND ANALYSE THE CASE FOR THE BUSINESS ENTITY CHOSEN)
Through the SULAM project, students were able to organize communications to approach the selected companies
professionally and set up interview sessions with them. Particularly, students were able to plan & prepare specific
questions for each of the intended areas of inquiry. Applying the knowledge of Business Plan components, students were able perform analyses on the information solicited and provided constructive recommendations for improvement
to the companies. Some of the business analytical tools include profiling of customers, estimation of market size,
Business Model Canvas, 2-stage Comprehensive SWOT Analysis, and Competitive Advantage Analysis.
