SERVICE LEARNING IN ANIMAL PEST MANAGEMENT

The SULAM project conducted at Taman Mesra Bako, Kuching have been receiving overwhelming positive response from local community and invited speakers (pest industry and Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia representatives). During the SULAM project, students engage in real-world team projects aimed at applying their knowledge and skills in animal pest management to address community concerns. Through reflection, students develop their own meaning, knowledge and personal growth from their service learning experiences.
