COMPUTER SCIENCE UNLOCKED : DISCOVERING YOUR PATH IN TECHNOLOGY

The SULAM project, “Computer Science Unlocked: Discovering Your Path in Technology”, successfully enhanced secondary school students’ interest and understanding of computer science through engaging talks and hands-on activities, as evidenced by improved comprehension and confidence in academic and career pathways. Additionally, the project significantly benefited student facilitators, who developed key skills such as effective communication, simplifying complex concepts, non-verbal communication, and project planning. The interaction between facilitators and students underscored the importance of adapting communication to different age groups, fostering meaningful connections and impactful learning experiences.
