- The results from the post-survey suggest that almost all participants found the workshop modules to be engaging, informative, and insightful.

- The SULAM initiative boosts the team’s skills in project management, leadership, and communication.
- Organizing the event offers practical experience in planning, coordination, and understanding real-world entrepreneurial challenges.
3. Empowerment of Underrepresented Groups:
- The project encourages students from non-business fields like Agriculture and Healthcare to explore entrepreneurship, showcasing that innovation can come from any discipline.
- The structures of the project are designed to be more inclusive to university students regardless of their course.
- The pre-survey results show a diverse demographic of students from various academic programs, including Biochemistry, Computer Science, Social Science, and Geology
4. Building a Sustainable University-Startup Community Network:
The initiative establishes a stronger partnership between UM Startup Community (UMSCOMM) and students, creating a network for resource sharing, and ongoing support to foster entrepreneurship on campus.
